We ship every item via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. If you have a special event, let us know, we will expedite your order and ship via FEDEX/UPS or DHL. International orders are welcome. Please allow 2-4 weeks for your order to arrive and feel free to contact us with any problems or concerns.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Our jewelry is individually hand painted and one of a kind. Products shown on website are samples and items ordered will have slight variations. As we paint each item individually, we offer returns for exchange only, NO REFUND. Items for exchange must be returned to us within 15 days of customer receipt, in their original packaging and condition. We will gladly work with you to choose another item more suitable to your taste. If you would like to cancel an order, please be so kind as to let us know within 48 hours as we begin work on every order immediately upon receipt.

1. Can I choose a different color than the one shown on your webpage?
Yes! We do custom color matching to fabric swatches, magazine photos, anything you can think of. We have painted perfectly matched earrings for bridesmaids gowns, pendants for new designer creations and everything in between.
2. How long will the paint last? Does it come off?
No! Each of our shell paintings is permanently sealed to the shell. With a little care, you will have years of wearing pleasure.
3. Are they fragile, will it get broken easily?
Shells are naturally strong, and will not shatter if you drop them. However, we do not encourage playing frisbee with one of them! Normal wear and tear will not damage or destroy your jewelry.
